My Pet Formation.

I strongly believe the key to winning a football match is controlling he midfield. Midfield is the region from where a team can build up the play, a region for the center of creativity. 

Teams like Manchester United know this art very well, hence Sir Alex Ferguson predominantly plays 5 in the midfield in important matches leaving the top scorer Berbatov on the bench. Chelsea plays 3 in midfield but still controls it. The primary reason being their attacking wingmen, Essien the bull, and Lampard as an attacking midfielder. 

Manchester City also plays 5 in the midfield but is no way near in controlling it, because Roberto Mancini plays 2 defensive midfielders, there by leaving no room for the extra striker.

Liverpool controlled the midfield when Xabi Alonso was there, now Lucas has stepped into his shoes a bit. 

I think the 5-3-2 formation suits Liverpool the best. As there is no RB, LB currently available there is no need to play compulsory LB, RB's.  The CB's suited for this purpose are Soto, Skrtel, Carragher. Carrol and Suarez are the strike partners that we are proud of. 

Now, playing 5 in the midfield with Gerrard injured makes a tough choice. Lucas would be first choice defensive midfielder. Meireles will surely play as CAM. Kuyt as RM. 

The tough choice makes the selection of 2 remaining mid fielders. One position being LM, and other being CAM. Kenny is known to prefer Spearing as CAM under the present circumstances. But I believe that Joe Cole would be a excellent choice for this position. Maxi could fill LM.

We all are connected.

We know the universe consists of two things matter and energy, which are inter convertible. All matter at any given instant consists energy. For example take any atom, it consists of electrons, protons, neutrons. And we also know that at any given instant each one of those is in motion as proved by Heisenberg's principle. So everything in this universe is composed of energy. Every energy emits energy in the form of electromagnetic radiations, which travels infinite distances.

Every human, animal, wood, rock everything consists of energy. Energy of wood, rock, and all the non-living things is stationary with respect to humans. The reason for this is that in humans new cells are formed continuously, old cells are destroyed thereby changing the flow, direction, and level of energy. The non-living matter have no thoughts, so the level of energy is stationary.

When a human thinks the thought generated affects the level of energy. It has been proven out scientifically that an affirmative thought is hundreds of time more powerful than a negative thought, the reason could be that an affirmative thought produces new cells while a negative thought destroys cells.

The flow of energy of an affirmative thought will affect the surroundings in a positive manner thereby speeding the manifestations of the thought, and vice versa  is also true. It has been observed that a person who speaks of most prosperity has it, and a person who speaks of most of illness has it.

We are all familiar with the water cycle. But many of us overlook a simple natural observation that all rivers whether it Asian, American, Russian are all governed by same laws, each one originates from glaciers and all of them pour their water in the vast ocean. The glaciers are formed by precipitation, precipitations starts from oceans. Likewise all religions whether Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism, Islam, Buddhism, etc. all end up at one divine power known as God.

A theologian will say God cannot be created or destroyed, can be transformed from one form into another, is eternal. A physician will energy cannot be created or destroyed, can be transformed from one form into another, is eternal. So the assumption that energy and God are equivalent can't be easily be ignored.

Every thought a person thinks, it affects not only him but also his surroundings. Diego Maradona understood this process as he used to play mind games before every match. Mohammed Ali was famous for his unending tirades against his opponents like the famous ones " Fight with Gorilla in Manila" was used against George Foreman in 1974. Cancer patients who think positive for recovering recovers well, athletes who believe in themselves are sure to win.

Being hunted to hunting.

I have often wondered what makes animals to be hunted easily by man, be it predators or else. Like those of lions, tigers, sharks, or feeble ones like crab, fish, deer, etc.

Millions of years ago the contemporary species we call ourselves homo sapiens were monkeys, were having genes that of monkey. Slowly a change appeared in the genetic make up of that species, a change too small to be noticed. The change was not in the overall appearance of the subject, a change too small to be felt in that time, the change resulted a small change that will enable the species to give a power that will ultimately change the order of the planet.

As the change transmuted during the times the major difference palpable enough was the overall outer appearance of the species from a body like that of a monkey to the appearance we see now days to that of a man. But this isn't the change that is a matter of subject. The change was the ability to think.

I sometimes wonder if the change were to be only in the physical appearance, then i am in no doubt that this species would have gone extinct in a matter time, as it will not be as fast as cheetah, will not be having jaws as strong as of any predator like lion, will not be having surface protection from cold weather like that of sheep or bears. If this species wishes to dive into water its source of energy i.e. hunting fish would be a mammoth task that only few of the members could undertake.

The change was in the brain, the ability to think. When i compare the heart and brain of a man and that of an ape. Ape's heart is many a times larger than that of contemporary man while its brain is many a times smaller. We all know that heart's cell travels through out the body whereas brain's grey cells remain at one place. Like a person whose mind is digressing from the main issues all the time is sure to have a poor intellectual ability. This explains why there is  the world the subject species has created exists.

What would had happened if the change had occurred in any other animal, we might be seeing a different world as we see now, a change like this occurring in sharks; hard to imagine.

What makes a man different to animals, the universal answer is that man is able to think, but animals also think. A cat knows when she is hungry, a a crocodile likes to eat his prey after rotting it in the open, a group of dolphins hunt together.
